Working with Val is so wonderful! She provides many options for a customized exercise program–from custom self-paced workouts to regular live Zoom classes to recorded Zoom classes. The 45-minute Full Body Strength classes are so varied and interesting (though quite challenging) that the 45 minutes fly by! Val manages to mix it up from week to week and makes it easy to follow her with cheerful and precise cueing. The Training Peaks app makes accountability come into play. It’s great that Val always responds with feedback after receiving an update on the app. Once a month, Val goes over the goals and plans for the next month, always taking into consideration any injuries or requests one might have. It is a pleasure to work with Val and the program does produce results if you are consistent!
